Goa Board Class 10th exam 2016 can expect their result on 25 May 2016. Goa Board SSC Results 2016 will be declared by Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, Alto Betim, Goa. The Goa Board SSC exam 2016 was conducted in the month of March- April 2016 in the following districts- Bicholim, Calangute, Canacona, Cuncolim, Curchorem, Quepem, Mandrem, Mangueshi, Mapusa, Marcela, Margao, Navelim, Panaji, Pernem, Pilar, Ponda, Porvorim, Sanguem, Sanquelim, Shiroda, Siolim, Tisk/ Dharbandoda, Valpoi and Vasco.
Secondary School Certificate examination results are set to be announced by May 25, Jose Remedios Rebello, chairman of the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, said. He said that the results may even be out a week before the set date but in no case later than May 25. "We are working under strict deadlines. We have set May 25 as the deadline for Class X results. But they can be expected anytime earlier than May 25, even seven days before. In any case, the results will be declared by May 25 and will not be delayed," Rebello said. Board officials said that May 10 was the deadline set for the Class XII results, but the board was able to announce the results earlier. "From next year, the Goa Board will work to declare the Class X and XII results within 40 days of the exams," he added. Until 2016, Class X and XII results were declared during the last week of May or even the first week of June. A record number of over 20,000 students answered the Class X board exams in 2016, making this year's results the most awaited.
